Concept
Senior leadership can be isolating. The higher the role, the fewer places there are to speak openly about pressure, doubt and difficult decisions.
The Inside Out Breakfast Club is a small, invitation-only peer group that gives senior leaders a confidential space to reflect on the personal and professional challenges of leadership, and to build a trusted peer network that endures beyond the programme.
This is not a leadership course, therapy or coaching. It is a structured, facilitated peer forum for experienced leaders operating under sustained pressure.
The purpose is simple: to create a rare, well-held room where senior leaders can bring what is usually kept inside, out into the open.
The programme is run by former England Rugby Head Coach Stuart Lancaster, whose leadership experience at the highest level of elite sport has been shaped by both success and adversity. Stuart is currently the Head Coach of Connacht Rugby and has worked with senior leaders across sport and business on leadership under pressure.
